Ring machine

The Ring machine (RA) is used to insert the rings of brazing material at the ends of the bends at 180° in order to use them for processes of automated brazing. The ring machine operates pneumatically but it may be integrated with a hydraulic device that is used to taper the ends of such bends. The ring machine is a simple machine, totally automatic, very fast. The manufacturing capacity is about 70 pieces/minute. Through suitable adjustments it is possible to vary the distance of insertion of rings by +/- 0.079in/2mm, remaining fixed the diameter of the original tube. This feature allows to use bends with a different bending radius, provided that it occurs within the limits of admitted tolerance.
